Choosing the right wireless solution is usually one of the most neglected considerations and should be investigated really carefully by local IT staffs.
First of all we have to be honest: All of the top suppliers of wireless networks would be able to satisfy your clients needs. They all support indoor/outdoor/mesh/localization etc. Some consideration IT department carefully should look into are the following:
- Cloud, Controller og Controller-less
- Administration and operation
- Integration… Ex. need for PoE+ or not, Guest Portal etc.
- Support
- Cost model… Subscription or not
There are ups and downs for each products/solutions, so it’s very important that you choose the right solution for your organization.
